Due to border regulations, the shipping process between the United States and Canada is not always seamless, so we've compiled some information to help you understand more about your order.
 
First of all, for legal reasons, the following items cannot be shipped to Canada:
·    Garlic
·    Potatoes
·    Cover crops
·    Supplies

If you have ordered one of these items, we will contact you and refund your credit card.

We ship Canadian orders twice a week.  During certain busy times of the year, it may take up to one week to process your order. At this time, all Canadian orders are sent through the US Postal service, which unfortunately does not provide us with tracking information, nor guarantee delivery times. The postal services states delivery time as 6 to 10 business days, but due to customs, orders may take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.  
 
In placing an order with us, you agree to cover any tariffs that are charged by the Canadian government related to the delivery of your order.  The credit card you used to place your order will be charged to cover any unpaid tariff fees on returned or undeliverable shipments.   

Due to shipping restrictions, large quantities of a single variety may need to be handled as a separate order through our special order department.  Because special orders to Canada may require special testing, documentation and handling, there will be additional charges.

While we can't tell you when your package will get to you, we can tell you when it left the warehouse or when it will leave the warehouse.
